Success Story Number 4
I say success story number 4, because I went to Halifax, all guns blazing, ofcourse actual guns would probably result in 5 dead and a few life sentences. I asked to speak to the manager, told my story to her, at first she was defensive, and tried to turn the occurence on me, and that it was my fault.
I explained further, and demanded she shew me exactly when my account when into the red.
25mins Later
She came back ages later, much nicer than before. Hmmm no record of when I entered the red, oh and the bank charge letters where a 'blip on the system'. I get an opologie and my account apparently,(cause i still dont believe them yet), is now closed. I'll get a letter stating it soon.
So if this unlike tale happends to you. Just speak to the manager...
